Japonisme
Japonism, or Japonisme, a French terminology, is considered by some as a term for the influence of the arts of Japan .
How Japanese and Korean influence translates into modern fashion can be seen with the use of origami-like folds, use of bold colors and print blocking combined with subtle textures to create beautiful, silhouettes.
